The planner behind the plan.
Senior Construction Planner with 22+ years of professional experience — 14+ of them dedicated to project planning, scheduling, and project management on some of Northern Europe's most demanding builds.
Today I lead planning and scheduling for large-scale data center developments from 12 MW to 40+ MW across Sweden, Norway, and Finland — integrating construction, procurement, commissioning, and handover into coordinated master schedules across complex multi-contractor environments.
I support project and executive teams with schedule analysis, forecasting, delay analysis, risk identification, and earned value management — turning thousands of activities into decisions leadership can act on.
